Currently there is a free tier available, where you can test all the features to some extent.
We want everyone to have a great experience with GoldFarmer and even though we're confident you're going to love it, we provide a free plan and a trial period, so you can see for yourself. If you encounter any issues, contact us and we'll try our best to resolve them. You won't be charged until that happens. With that being said, we believe refunds are not needed.
Yes. You can manage your subscription at any time by going to Stripe Customer Portal accessible through the account tab. After cancellation your subscription will still be valid until the end of the period you have already paid for, but you will not be charged again.
The only currency available is the one displayed. However, you can still pay in your own currency because most payment processors will do the conversion for you.
If you're upgrading your plan, you will have a discounted charge for the new plan based on how many days of your current period have passed. If you're downgrading instead, you will end up with left over platform credits that will be used next time you are charged.
